The Sedona Method

The Sedona Method was created by Lester Levenson and has been brought to the masses by Hale Dwoskin. You probably have heard of the powerful documentary The Secret and the Law of Attraction.

The Sedona Method is the simplest and easiest way to rid yourself of fear. You will be able to break down resistance you have built up over the years. The Law of Attraction will not work for you, if you have resistance.

The Six Steps To Your Enhanced Life

The Six Steps are the essence behind The Sedona Method. I suggest you carry these six steps on a piece of paper and laminate it. Keep them near you in case you need to revert back to them during your daily routine. Here are the six steps.

  1. Allow yourself to want freedom more than you want approval, control, security and separation.
  2. Decide that you can release and be free.
  3. Allow yourself to perceive that all of your feelings culminate in the four wants: the want of approval, the want of control, the want of security, the want of separation. Then allow yourself to let go.
  4. Make it constant, release these wants daily whether alone or with people.
  5. If you get stuck, release the need to be stuck or unstuck.
  6. Each time you release you will feel lighter and happier.

I have noticed that I even begin laughing when I release a fear or a want. I began using The Sedona Method earlier this year. I was surprised more like shocked that this actually works. I used to be depressed and shackled to a woe is me attitude. I found Hale Dwoskin after researching The Secret. I want you to live life with the same freedom as enjoy everyday. Release Resistance Around Money

The Sedona Method is a great way to learn about freeing yourself from your fears and resistance around money. Are you finding yourself lacking wealth? Well, usually the main reason you are having lack is the resistance and fear you have built up around money.

I had found through releasing that I had a big resistance to money and it was directly related to my family. My father is a skilled tradesman in an auto factory and I ended up following in his shoes. I worked in the same factory that he spent his life working. My sister and brother are both working in jobs that are low paying and hard labor.

I saw The Secret just like everyone else and wanted to change my life. But, I soon found out that attracting people became second nature and attracting money became very difficult.

The Sedona Method gave me the method that would allow me to break down my resistance around money. I have slowly seen changes in my life and money is no longer hard for me to attain.

In order to free yourself from fear and resistance related to money, you need to release your parents finances. You need to understand that you are not bound by the amount of money they make. You should no fear reprisal from family members if you were to become rich. You become rich so that you will have the ability to teach others how to get rich. You need to become free of any resistance you have built up around money, you will not attain wealth if you are constantly in fear about money.

For Example: You see a celebrity indicted on drug charges. If the first thought that crossed your mind is that you would end up doing the same thing. You have resistance around money. Do you get jealous when you here about someone you know gaining success? If you do you have resistance around money.

I used The Sedona Method to become free of resistance around money, The releasing method is absolutely critical to your chances of attaining wealth.

Releasing Resistance Around Relationships

I have dear friend of mine that had a horrible relationship right out of college. He had planned on marrying this girl and the both moved to Chicago out of Michigan State.

Once in Chicago his girlfriend began sprouting wings and decided that marriage was not her thing and neither was my friend, Jeff (not his real name) was absolutely devastated. He was on the verge of deep depression and moved back to his home state. Jeff is now in his late thirties and has finally found a healthy relationship.

He has had girlfriends since the girl in Chicago, but he usually ended up sabotaging them one way or another. He found it hard to get close to another women, he feared that his heart would be crushed once again.

I turned him on to Hale Dwoskin's method and he slowly started implementing a releasing system. It didn't happen overnight, but eventually he learned to release all his resistance and fear around relationships.

I on the other hand had a few relationship in college and after college. I never had problems establishing relationships with women. I deemed each relationship a success and looked at each one as a learning experience. I never built up any fear or resistance around relationships. I know am happily married and enjoy the relationship with my wife. That does not mean that I don't use some form of releasing. I now find myself releasing about my relationship with my daughter. Who knew raising a daughter could be so challenging. The Sedona Method can change your views around relationships. You can be free of any fears or resistance.

Releasing Resistance Around Health

Many people have a great fear around health. The hear of a illness that someone has manifested and they believe they could be the next victim. They are constantly living in fear.

Here are the five steps to help you release your fear around health.

  1. Be open to the possibility of healing. It does not matter if you have a health condition or just a headache. You must be open to the fact that healing can occur by changing your thoughts.
  2. Love yourself as you are. You must be willing to accept yourself exactly as your are today. You need to understand that happiness and health begin with you and you need to accept the fact that you cannot be someone else. You must love yourself in your current condition.
  3. Go from Why's to Wise. Don't focus on your health condition and do not try to answer why this is occurring. Focus on feeling health and living healthy. Try releasing on the fact the need to control you health condition.
  4. Going beyond diagnosis. You need to release on the fact that something in your past may have caused your current health condition. Let go of the fact that you have a health condition and try letting it be.
  5. Let go of your physical pain. You need to notice pain in order for it to exist. Release on the fact that pain exists in your body. You can try actually start to visualize a pain free body and begin releasing on your pain.

I found that whenever I have a headache or some type of body pain that using the releasing methods found in The Sedona Method actually helps the pain fall away. Now, those with serious health conditions need to follow the advice of their physician. But, you can always change your current thoughts and foucus on being healthy instead of feeling ill.
